To preserve the quality of purchased hair, bleaching, dyeing with ammonia dyes, prolonged stay at sea, the use of hot curling irons, irons and hair dryers, wet combing, and other procedures that have a detrimental effect on the quality of hair are not allowed.

According to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 1998 No. 55 (as amended on May 16, 2020), goods can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the goods, with the exception of hair products (wigs, hairpieces, ponytails, false strands, false bangs), since they are to a group of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged.

Despite the fact that hair and hair products are not subject to exchange or return according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Buenohair company meets its customers halfway and accepts hair back provided that it was sent or brought to our store within 3 business days from the date of purchase , and the hair must be in its original form, unused, with original elastic bands and in factory packaging.

Refunds are made only on bulk hair purchased from stock in the store and do not apply to any hair products. Bulks made to order in production, as well as any hair products, will not be accepted back. All shipping is paid by the buyer.
